  • Return Window: You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Mandatory Video/Images: It is mandatory to upload clear product images or an unboxing video while submitting the form. Requests without proof will not be approved.

  • Refund Process: Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 working days.
